By using Village for Kids, you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly.

Informational service

Listings are provided to help families discover activities. Details and availability can change quickly. Confirm dates, eligibility, fees, policies, and openings with the official provider before making plans or registering.

Independent operation

Village for Kids is independently operated and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for the recreation providers shown on the site. Registration and payment take place on each provider’s website under that provider’s terms.

Permitted use

You may browse, search, and share links for personal and community use. Do not interfere with the service, evade access controls, submit harmful or deceptive material, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated requests at a volume that disrupts the site.

SMS Terms

The Village for Kids SMS registration-alert program sends automated text messages about the recreation registration openings you select. Phone verification may also involve a verification message. Alerts help you find registration opportunities; they do not reserve a place or guarantee availability.

To enroll, select a registration opening, authenticate through the secure email link, and complete subscription checkout. After payment, you may enable web push, SMS, or both. To enable SMS, provide a mobile number, affirmatively check the SMS consent disclosure, and verify the number with the code Village for Kids sends. SMS consent is optional unless you choose SMS delivery.

Message frequency varies based on the alerts you select and any verification requests. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge for sent or received messages under your plan. Any Village for Kids subscription fee is separate from carrier charges.

Reply STOP to opt out of SMS alerts. You may receive a final message confirming your opt-out. Opting out of texts does not cancel a paid subscription; manage or cancel your subscription through your account’s billing portal.

For HELP or assistance, contact Village for Kids through our contact and feedback page. If you change or give up your phone number, update your account before requesting further alerts.

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on carrier availability and other factors, and we cannot guarantee that an alert will arrive before registration opens or places fill.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Read our Privacy Policy for information about the data we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Web push notifications

Paid subscribers may optionally enable web push notifications on supported browsers and devices. Delivery and presentation depend on the browser, device, connectivity, notification permissions, and Focus or Do Not Disturb settings. You may disable web push on a device without canceling your paid subscription or SMS alerts.

No guarantee

We work to keep listings useful and current, but do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, availability, or uninterrupted operation. To the extent allowed by law, use of the service is at your own risk.

Changes and contact

We may update or discontinue parts of the service and may revise these guidelines. Report an incorrect listing, rights concern, or misuse through the contact and feedback page.
